This place – located on the Lobby Level of Erbil's luxurious Rotana Hotel – is not named in honor of James Bond (at least, that's what we think). That said, Mr. Bond can always order his "Martini, shaken, not stirred" here, if he's ever sent on a secret mission to Erbil (who knows?!).
Mamounia Sky BarStarting from $20,- / $100,-
Mamounia Sky Bar is located on the top (7th) floor of Noble Hotel – at the Ainkawa Intersection on 100M Road – it's one of Erbil's most sophisticated nightlife venues. Expect some of the best drinks and alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails in town, and a variety of international dishes and shisha. Relax on the tunes of the latest lounge music, while taking in the amazing views, from the outdoor terrace, of Erbil's ever-changing skyline. One advice: dress to impress, and bring a lot of cash (the place is not cheap).
American Bar Coffee

It’s located in the neighborhood of Ainkawa, on the Exit Road. T Bar is expat-managed, and is open everyday till the early hours of the morning. It offers a varied menu of drinks, bar snacks and meals; furthermore, it has also the city's first slot-machines.
"Little Germany" in the heart of Erbil's Ainkawa district. This German-run restaurant and Bier Garten – which is located in a large house- is popular among Erbil's German-speaking expat community and those interested in sophisticated-yet-simple European hospitality. It offers traditional German dishes, such as Schnitzel, and Erbil's best draft beer.
Monza Bar & Lounge
Located on the first floor of Erbil Speed Center (and called "Empire" by some locals – a reference to the company which runs the complex), it's here where many locals and expats come to socialize after sunset, in a relaxing ambiance.
