The hotel project is located between the Erbil Rotana Hotel and the fast-food complex on Gulan Road (close to the Italian City, and opposite the Sami Abdulrahman Park.

The hotel, with 28 floors, as seen on the rendering, will become a true icon in Erbil, with a contemporary design unmatched in this city.

The Erbil Kempinski Hotel is expected to open in 2013, complete with many dining and entertainment outlets (and there's rumor of a casino being opened there, too).
