Located on the first floor of Erbil Speed Center (and called "Empire" by some locals – a reference to the company which runs the complex), it's here where many locals and expats come to socialize after sunset, in a relaxing ambiance. It's also a place where you can enjoy a cocktail, alongside a slice of the best Pizza's in town (and many other dishes). The place is also famous for its good-quality shisha. Mona is divided into three different places: a restaurant and shisha lounge, the bar area and a VIP section (a good place for business rendez-vous'). Perhaps, it's also locally known as "the only place where you can drive under influence" – not advised, though - as this place is more known for its go-kart, Erbil Speed Center, one of the finest in the entire Middle East.
