The Sport section at the University of Salahaddin in Erbil city has announced today, the launch of Championship of Universities in Kurdistan. The Championship will include Tennis, Volleyball and Chess.

According to Aknews, the championship will begin tomorrow in both, male and female categories, from 12 universities from across Kurdistan. There is a conference planned about the championship  at the hall of cultural Centre at the University o  Salahaddin in Erbil Today.

The participating Universities are:

3. Jihan University
4. Dijla University
5. Soran University
6. Koya University
7. Duhok University
8. Raparin University
9. Newroz University
10. Sulaimaniya University
11. Kirkuk University
12. Ashaq University
