3.2 million Dollar allocated for service projects in Erbil

Erbil Governor, Nawzad Hadi, said on Saturday that 3.2 million dollar was appropriated to activate a number of service project in Erbil to develop the capital city of the Iraqi Kurdistan region.

“A local contracting company embarked on works to pave 22-km-long roads in Erbil al-Jadida area, eastern Erbil, at a cost of  nearly one million dollar, earmarked from the Provincial Development Budget for Erbil.” Hadi told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

“Another project aenvisages road with two crossings between Sebrdan and Kasnazan areas at a cost of one million dollar,” he added.

Hadi noted that the third project involves the re-founding of a drinking water network in Sfen 2 town in northern Erbil at 300 million dinars.
