Users of Google Mapmaker have mapped road networks and other places of Erbil for more then a year. These contributions have been incorporated into Google Maps and Google Earth, so the collective expertise of the Map Maker community beneftis millions of visitors to the city of Erbil (Hawler).

This will offer many opportunities to citizens of the city and to visitors, this way they can calculate travel time between different points.
